Letdom Service is an innovative mobile application designed for a company selling cleaning machines. The application allows easy management of service requests, offering three roles: customer, service technician and administrator. The customer can report problems related to the machines, the service technician receives notifications and can handle the requests, and the administrator supervises the entire process. The application is equipped with intelligent functions, such as calculating the most convenient route to the customer, which improves logistics and speeds up the response time. Thanks to this solution, both users and service employees can manage requests in a more efficient and intuitive way.
